Yes, all the minimums are VERY hard minimums. Correct me if I'm wrong on this guys, but I've heard strait from an interviewee who was just minutely shy of one of the mins. Through some sort of mixup, he was invited to interview, but was not allowed to continue once they looked at his logbooks. OUCH! I felt so bad for him.

Do you think it would be helpful to see them at a job fair now before I meet the mins? Or would I just be wasting my time?
I'd like to get to know the recruiters and let them know I'm interested, but it's a lot of money, so I'm torn.
