By the time it gets to a MEC approved T/A, it's over. That's why you should be calling your reps NOW to tell them these concessions are UNACEPTABLE! BEFORFE they vote Yes to a T/A. Just like the CDO's nobody asked for!
There is a big difference- nothing has been officially agreed to bring to a debate before vote yet.
That was the situation with the 117 LOA. An agreement had been reached, and official details were released to the line pilots prior to TA ratification.
That is NOT what is happening here. You've got PD and Jerry acting a fool and just throwing crap up against the wall.
In another week or 2, maybe there will be something more concrete. Right now nothing is in concrete and is particularly in flux as the final compensation package figures haven't even been exchanged.
I do agree that it is critical that appropriate details be released to the pilot group (just like in the 117 LOA) prior to the debate and vote to accept the TA to send it to memory rat. Once it goes to memory rat, it historically is not turned down.
