Should be easy to figure out. Carl and purple claimed that Shiz was voted out because he voted for C12. What rep that cast a vote in favor of C12 sought reelection and lost? I'm not aware of any, though I might be mistaken.
I suspect that (as usual) some are playing fast and loose with the facts to suit their own divisive agenda.
