I found the JetBlue training pretty darn good.
It did always seem busy and many of the instructors did not believe in breaks. Theres a lot to teach in each lesson and some of it really seemed like an extra lesson would be good. The material seemed much more thorough than the airline I was at before (even though that airline wanted you to build the plane). The training and testing is not hard. Its very straightforward and if you study hard, and like someone said, chair fly some, I think anyone could do just fine. I guess my only complaint would be that theres some inconsistencies between some instructors which lead to some confusion in later lessons.
