I have from October 2011 at 266, and with the company's plan working as designed they'll be at AA in less than 6 years. How long before your new hires go to AA?

Can't tell you how many they hired. I can tell you how many are in each seniority block.

1999- 217 (remaining after the latest transferred class)
2000- 165
2001- 88
2002 - 0
2003 - 1
2004 - 120
2005 - 65
2006 - 117
2007 - 248
2008 - 158
2009 - 0
2010 - 122
2011 - 350
2012 - 8
2013 - 94
2014 - 86
2015 - 27

1,866 active

2205 is the total number on my list.

1,866 - 500 (rounding off 824's remaining) = 1,366
500 / 360 = 1.4 yearrs (360 doesn't start until November, so add .5)
300 that will not flow leaves 1,066 that will

Under their plan a street hire now goes to AA in under 6 years.
