No idea why anyone would come here. I was part of Expressjet for 8 years and don't see any reason why someone would choose this place over somewhere with better bonuses and a quick upgrade. They're parking planes with nothing on the horizon and all management ever said was "keep up the good work" and "we're leading our competitors with on time numbers". Sad story really...
