If you go to any regional that pays you more via bonus, you are just screwing yourself out of more money by doing so.
It allows them to not give you raises in year 2 and beyond and other QOL improvements.
The only regional that has got it right so far is Endeavor that raised everyone's payscale $20,000/year.
