The one that gives you the opportunity to drive to work, and cross your fingers that mainline doesn't move your company's flying around. Beyond that asking which regional is the best is akin to spending the night in a grungy bar and choosing which STD you would like to contract. They're all going to blow in one way or another, it's just deciding which part you want to suck the most, or the least (domicile cost of living, benefits, pay, upgrade time, flow, etc...). Pardon my language but I'm trying to be as honest and accurate as possible.
