Best thing would be merge with Skywest. Union is nice and I appreciate all the work they are doing but if it needed to be sacrificed to move forward, so be it. Tired of being the redheaded step child. If a fully merged list came out along with going to their work rules I'd be a chest thumping yes voter! I'm not overly pro union, but maybe that's their plan. To make you think no union is better, agree to be merged without union representation, then totally **** you in the ass even harder then before.
Edit: I'm all for merging into one airline, but not a chance in hell will I do that without union representation. I don't trust them one bit
