I have an offer at Compass and I am hoping some of you that are there can help me understand a couple things (I am new to the regionals).
My priority is QOL. So, I am hoping that the attrition and growth forecast to occur in the next year will get me into a line-holder with decent seniority reasonably quick. But, hearing talk of reduced efficiency trips has me wondering. Is there a requirement to reach a certain number of hours each month (if so how many)? How does this affect the prospective QOL'er? If there was a requirement to reach 75 hours each month, I am thinking the ideal line would be something with 4 3-day trips that credit ~20 hours each (even if all weekends). Is my line of thinking sorely in need of a reality check, and/or am I in the neighborhood of possibility? FWIW, looking to be based in LAX. Thanks all...
One more question: I have a class in a couple weeks and have not received any materials (limitations, memory items, etc.)... Don't they send this stuff out in advance?
