Fast upgrades? That can change in the blink of an eye. You can't upgrade in most cases without 1,000 121 time anyway, which while on reserve and a junior line holder means about 1.5 to 2.5 years depending how hard you work. So, picking a quick upgrade shop of today may not be the place to be in 2.5 years.

We're entering a period of low supply and high demand. Your skills will be desired at any number of regional outfits. What is your age, and your career goals? If it to get to a major in the shortest time; then you pick Piedmont or Envoy. Both will have the fastest flow program in the industry. If you want an upgrade 2 years from now, then again I'd say both PDT and ENY. Most other places with fast upgrades now are places getting new airplanes for growth. Once the growth stops or slows down so will the rapid upgrades. It will just be attrition. PDT and ENY will both have very quick flow to American Airlines and will have constant flow driven upgrades not reliant on growth. You can apply to Delta, United, Fedex and the others while knowing you have no interview flow to AA in your back pocket as a backup insurance policy. The flip side is that 2 years from now, the legacy carriers will be hiring so fast that just about ANY regional job will have a "fast upgrade." Back to the living in base advice again...
