Well, which is it ? Envoy cannot be both. Again, this whole plan hinges on Envoy raking in 50 new-hire pilots every month and that's NOT shuffling from other regionals, that's new, entry-level pilots and the college pipelines will NEVER be able to support such a goal for Envoy. Hey, I get your sales pitch and I'm confident I know your motivations, but your utopia has STRONG odds against realization.
OPINION RANT.
IMHO, the well is drying up. The poaching has begun; and soon the consolidation will follow. RAH has already begun consolidating their mutiple certificates. The rest of the industry will likely follow. That will again "plug the dike" for a while. They'll poach more from non-owneds with better flow programs than we already have.
