Eddie most of them don't know. They didn't read the Award. Just the talking points that they kept spewing. If one of the merger policy factors was "Spewing talking points" they'd have won the thing hands down. Huge victory.
They won't answer it, I will. All furloughed pilots (both sides) were stapeled on the Status and Category list. That was weighted 2/3rds of the award. Only a 35% adjustment for longevity.
No one had ever pointed out if UALPA got "everything they wanted" why didn't the arbitrators just give us our proposal? We didn't want a 5 year 787 fence or to have our longevity reduced by 1/3 of what we asked for.
