Ive got a question about FMLA at PSA.

Someone mentioned a million pages back that things changed. Can someone give me a forinstance.. like say your wife has a baby. How much time will they give you/can you get off? Are you able to just go on (up to) 12 weeks unpaid, or can you use sick time etc etc.
