Well, I've gotten around to asking my usual questions, but now about PSA (working my way through list of interview offers)... it sounds like you're hiring DECs there now which is a functional requirement for myself.

Of interest to me is:

How long is the AAL flying guaranteed through?

How is scheduling done, and is it reasonable for line or reserve pilots to be able to "block" days off at the end of one month and into the next (ie. 7+7 for a total of 14 across two months)?

When is the contract due for amendment and are there contractual pay raises until that time?

Junior bases?

What are the trips like... 1 days? 2 days? 4-5 days?
