The current contract is through 2023 or something like that.

How is scheduling done, and is it reasonable for line or reserve pilots to be able to "block" days off at the end of one month and into the next (ie. 7+7 for a total of 14 across two months)?
11 days off for reserve. The contract states that you're required to have 2 e day off blocks per month, or one 6 day off block. As to what you're able to accomplish with that, you can hold what your seniority allows.

When is the contract due for amendment and are there contractual pay raises until that time?
Early 2020s. There are annual raises until that time, and quarterly pay adjustments based on the fleet count as we're paid a blended rate.

Junior bases?
Currently TYS and DAY. As a street Capt expect to be on reserve for a while as FOs senior to you upgrade. There should be an additional base or two announced in the near future, but who knows what they'll be at this point.

Feel free to ask any other questions. I'll gladly take it to a phone conversation if you're interested.
