Unclear if it's literally 6 guys, but there are a handfull of furloughed Midwest guys that came to F9 (pre-IMSL implementation) that are suing for their seniority.

I know that all the RAH guys that went to F9 during that period were forced to interview for the position and resign their seniority number. With that said, I don't know what the Midwest guys did to get hired at that time.
