Hi, folks. Can you talk a little bit about how you’re going to afford that new pilot contract?

Richard Anderson
Hi, the contract is cost neutral. We really didn't think that would be possible with these massive profits but we were surprised at how quickly and easily we got the pilots to take productivity, scope, sick leave and profit sharing concessions for pay raises. We actually expect our costs to go down.
