We’ll take our next question from [random reporter] from Bloomberg News.

Hi, folks. Can you talk a little bit about how you’re going to afford that new pilot contract?

Richard Anderson
Hi, the contract is cost neutral. We really didn't think that would be possible with these massive profits but we were surprised at how quickly and easily we got the pilots to take productivity, scope, sick leave and profit sharing concessions for pay raises. We actually expect our costs to go down.

Ed Bastian
And, I must say it was pretty awesome.

Sure. Okay. Thank you.

That's about right, and exactly what he said after C2012. 2% seems to be the Wall Street allowable cost increase number, so I expect that's what Richard will tell them (again). He can point to the concessions and say they will offset the raises.

Now, can we talk about the Billions they blew in the Fuel Hedging Dept?
