Has anybody gone through the phone interview in the past, and can you send out any advice? I asked if there was anything specific I should know or be prepared for, and they told me no. But I also don't want to be thrown any curveballs! Anybody have any kind of gouge of sorts?
Might be to late but Ill help with what I can. Expect the usual questions "Why do you want to work here?" "What is a difficult situation you've been and had to overcome and how did you overcome it?" "What interests you about our company" etc..

The key point I want to make is this... Aerosim is a simulator center and something of great importance when working at a sim center is flexibility to instruct on different fleets. So if asked about willingness to instruct on multiple fleets..perhaps aircraft you've never even flown simply show your interest and willingness to participate. Of course only if you are willing!!

Hope this helps.
