I have 7yrs left and all I can say is you are completely out to lunch. Seriously. We have NEVER had a more positive economic environment, in my 26yrs.
With a potential 3% raise next year, 20+% ps, and 30+% ps the year after, we have NEVER been in a better position to wait it out.
Must be very close to a sub-standard TA when the usual DALPA gang starts showing up to: "Sell, sell, sell!"
P.s., we must fly with a very different crowd... the gang I fly with are very much "wind the clock" oriented.
Btw, I have emailed my LEC/MEC reps and made clear that I will not accept one concension... I will however accept a little less gain in one area or another... depending on the deal... Oh, and not one penny of ps give... ps is a bonus... period.
