Find a way to borrow the money or take out a loan for your initial CFI. You should be able to do it for less than 5,000.00 at a local flight school. Get a non-flying job and save up for a little bit... One way or another, get that CFI. I know this sounds redundant as a lot of posts on your thread say the same, but they are right.
You will be very, very hard pressed to find a flying job with your TT that isn't banner towing. And if you do get lucky enough to find an outfit that will hire you with 300 TT, the pay will be really poor and chances are whatever type of flying you'll be doing won't be the most desirable or safest.
CFI is the money maker/time builder. It will provide you returns as long as you want it to and it will get you to the next level in your flying career.
Good luck.
