The "letter" ?

Should be interesting to read. My bet says it has a lot of hypothetical promises about when pilots move up to AA. Eagle management put out exactly such a letter many years ago representing a schedule for Letter 3 pilots to flow to AA. NONE of it ultimately came to fruition. It was simply a sugared up projection of what they may have believed would occur, but didn't. Sure gave some of the pilots a warm and fuzzy while others were skeptical. The skeptics were proven correct.

For him to be right, 270 upgrades will need to occur before the end of this year and they will need to hire a sufficient number of pilots every month to maintain current fleet size and transition perhaps 300 Envoy pilots to AA through 2016 and another 167 this year (240 or 20/month).
