Unfortunately the single-engine turboprop is a no-go.
This cuts out a large group of military only trained pilots whom I guarantee bring KSAs to the table that your company is looking for and are even listed as 'Preferred' hiring qualifications on your website.
If someone learned to fly in a single engine turbo-prop (T-34C or T-6) and then continued on to a successful flying career in the military in any community, saw no further turbo-prop experience, I'm willing to bet they would be successful in transitioning to a King Air at CAE.
