Each pilot will accrue one (1.0) TFP of sick leave credit for each ten (10.0) TFP cumulative up to a maximum of one thousand six hundred (1,600) TFP of sick leave credit.
Upon retirement, sick leave may be traded for continued medical coverage under any coverage option of the flexible benefits portion of the health plan, including optional dental, at the rate of one (1) month coverage for each ten (10.0) TFP accrued or until federal Medicare eligibility age as defined in Section 14, Insurance and Loss of License, whichever occurs first.
