MEM MD11 F/Os open time is growing after it is released. When open time came out this month, there were about 20 trips, now there are 167. There were over 200 trips last month a week after release. I've never seen this before. Our bid-pack has had some major changes that broke apart longer trips. It seems guys just said- ok, i'll just spend some summer time at home rather than bust my ass with these inefficient trips. So somehow the company has finally found the limit of our extra effort(in summer). I guess if your bonus depends on it, you can call that undermanned.
