It's third party or personally developed software. Outside my tech expertise. It was proven at the airlines I mentioned so it exists. Alerts can be delayed (due to your internet connection) but I have been in flica when a trip appeared and when I put in for it almost instantly it was awarded to the same guy that gets everything the second daily open time opens. I find it hard to believe that guy just stares at flica 24 hrs a day waiting for open time to hit.
