I was just trying to spotlight that we as a group are underpaid, and the "open time club" needs to see that the answer is better base pay for all and not having first shot at tweaking their schedule at the expense of someone else doing the same. We are and will continue to be a commuting company for some time to come. We need flexibility for all, not for a small group of people in one base. We need to work together or the company will use it to divide us.
Also scope and MERGER COMMITTEE!!!
It's all good I just wanted to highlight how great the margin really is and what our expectation actually should be. People thinking 30% a year ago were about on but now they just uninformed and need to adjust their expectation much much higher to be in the realm of what's acceptable. otherwise spirit is getting a sale on our services for yet another contract cycle.
