Oh they can do that as well. But the vacation buyback, especially in summer, has to be a great gauge of where the crewforce stands.

If they offered up vacation buyback in July and NO ONE took it, don't you think that would get their attention?

Or instead in July if 75% of the people who have vacation offer up to sell it back, what does that tell them?

I have no doubt that we are undermanned in many seats now, but that doesn't mean that the company stops playing their games!
