The RJ problem is going to take care of itself. Just like 50 seaters were on the way out in C2012. Regionals can't staff these things. There is no reason for any concessions to reduce regional feed.
First of all to any extent that is true, it means we have a golden opportunity to buy it back low.
Secondly, the RJ rumor in the TA is one that is deeply concessionary by allowing even more DC-9-10 sized "large RJ's" which are the most viable part of that model right now. Every additional one they get breathes new life into the model by not only imroving the economics of it across the board, but also by allowing DCI to fly more pax with less pilots.
So even if you don't want to "pay for" reeling it in, you should still be against getting paid to breathe more life into it.
