Skyvector is 100% spot on. PIC time has no longer the same effect as it had few years back. You'll be competing even harder with all the other thousands of Captains with more hrs at the other regionals/LCC's/Military/Corporate/Cargo airlines. Flow means less street hires which makes it even harder to fight for those few spots available. Flow is the way to the Majors. Be ahead of the curve.
