There's still tons wrong with how they run our place; but go read some of the crap the others are doing to their pilots.
50% flow, AA retirements, and soon to be non-stop upgrades not dependant upon growth.
People have been hanging on a long time for the upgrades, to get off reserve, to stop worrying about being displaced, to stop worrying of going back down onto reserve. Letting them see the light at the end of the tunnel is a good thing.
That is all dependent on getting 40ish new hires a month coming in our front doors and through training. Forgive us if we are slightly skeptical.
