That is all dependent on getting 40ish new hires a month coming in our front doors and through training. Forgive us if we are slightly skeptical.
New hires will always go wherever the planes are and wherever the career progression is. In the past that was the quickie upgrade factories. These days it will be enhanced flow throughs combined with a relatively quick upgrade...say under 4 years.
The onus now is on the company to materialize all of this.
