That flow creates CA vacancies. Once word is out that it is happening exactly as they said it would; watch how fast the classes fill up. AAG will just recycle them all again. The smart ones will get in first.
So 6 years from now we will have 250 lifer CA's and everybody else gone to AA. At some point we need to staff this place with new hires. IMO, we won't be seeing open ended vacancies based on flow without new hire fo's.
