I'm really looking for a year or less upgrade, but would consider something in the 18 month ballpark. And if the job was an immediate LA base, I might push to 2 years...maybe.

) Are you gonna drop dead in 3 years or something? I would be careful chasing something like. Upgrade time and stability are such a moving target in this industry and more than a few folks have been burned chasing an upgrade.
