Couldn't be more incorrect. The 10,000+ hour RJ CAs took that long because of Sept 11 and the 2008 recession. The sweet spot for an interview right now across the board is 4,500 hours right now. I would love to hear what Kool-Aid the regionals spew, other than new fleet types. Most have actual flow programs, and because of the number of regional pilots versus freight pilots, it wouldn't shock me if the hiring ratio was 1,000:1. It is a rediclious notion to think that the majors wouldn't hire regional pilots, really think about that for a minute or two
AMF offers some good things, it just depends on where you wanna go after. Because if it's Delta, it ain't happening.
