Envoy stay larger longer; long enough for the new planes to arrive and prevent massive shrinking, upgrades begin, and flow moves everybody in under 6 years.
PSA gets to catch up on their staffing issue
AAG gets to keep their planes in the air making coin
Follow the money; always works.
Don't confuse the few PSA idiots on here with everyone at PSA, Envoy has their unofficial flame baiters too.
The numbers I have heard is the flow will be less than 6 years at all three wholly owned carriers in the future when AA decides to take 100% of their new hires through the flow agreements. Makes sense to take more from Envoy now since they are the most senior, it saves them the most $ like you said.
