The rub will be whether the $30m is just for the past imbalance, or remedying that AND changing the language to put the company in compliance going forward....
I would guess we set a new floor at the current levels. 47.5 percent is the new base going forward. Miss it by a percent (we lose more flying or our partners increase flights without us), back to grievance for another $30 million.
