Namely, those pilots in international categories. Think about it. By being below the minimum, there was less flying in those categories to bid. It didn't affect the NB fleets. Also, since it was from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2015, I'll bet there is a sliding scale as to how much each transoceanic pilot was affected. I doubt a pilot not even on the seniority list during that time will get anything.
Every pilot on the pay roll in that period would have earned profit sharing on that lost revenue, no? More flying at the top would also have created more vacancies and opportunity for advancement or higher seniority at the bottom. I'm not sure it's so easy to define who was or wasn't affected.
