Every pilot on the payroll did earn PS on that revenue. It wasn't lost to Delta Inc. Delta still got paid their share of the JV. What didn't get paid was the lost wages that Delta pilots would've earned if Delta metal flew those legs. While you are correct that there was lost advancement opportunity, I'm sure that the union can figure that out. Maybe.
