I have been on many Eagle jumpseats throughout the past decade and you guys have your 10% as well, some are currently flowing over to AA and taking over 80 hrs to pass IOE.

I did the Eagle interview a long time ago and was hired but decided on another regional instead and I can safely say that there isn't anything special about the Envoy pilot group. They are just like everyone else despite the elitism some on here possess.
