It was greedy senior mainline pilots who sold scope to keep their pay and retirement high while screwing everyone behind them. There is plenty of blame to go around. Mainline pilots, ALPA, APA, and all of us who took these jobs simply as a way to get to the mainline. Quit pointing fingers and look in the mirror.
If our pay goes up high enough, then it will be brought back to mainline. Counting on mainline pilots is futile. All we can do is create a market force that brings it to an end.
