True. As to item #1, back in the day we used to say, "be a clone or be alone". That pretty much still holds.
As to item #2, this is an important point. Unless things have changed since 2010, being able to follow instructions was one of the things that counted. At that time though, it involved folks wearing suits when the invitation letter specifically said ' business causal'. Times and instructions change but the importance of reading and following what the invitation letter says remains.
