Industry standard or I vote NO. My time is worth just as much as a pilot flying A320s for DAL, UAL, and AA.
Should be worth more when you're flying around an A320 with 191 SOB (PHX Redeye the other night). Granted not all of those we're paying pax, but we are still responsible for them.
