Right now in CLT the reserve grid is pretty much all green except for one weekend in June. That means we have more than enough FOs to cover staffing in CLT for June. That means FOs can easily swap reserve days around, that means line holders can move trips around getting the days off they want. Are we short Captains, absolutely! Is that a nice problem to have? I'll take it!
