Check out the Policy Manual and CBL on the ALPA website for the recall info. I addressed your theory on the FPL on the other thread. There were a lot of scheduling guys in ATL (independent from the negotiations) being trained up on 117's finer points so they can, in turn, better serve the pilot group.
Business as usual. It's been on the schedule longer than this special MEC meeting. What he or she posts on bathroom breaks is their business. Nobody is being paid to **** into the wind on chit chat.
