Maybe the two of them have a history together? Who knows its not your business.Have her call her HR and you call yours as well as crew scheduling and your Chief pilot. Obviously this crew shouldn't be flying together after this. Don't try and solve anything or go and start interragating the caption. Let the people who are trained for this do their jobs.
