Hiring keeps changing and the answer largely depends on who you ask. The range seems to be 250-450 for the next 5 years or so (fits with our aircraft orders).

We are loosing folks who have been here 2-3 years or less, usually to delta. Not saying that we aren't loosing folks more senior than that, but 3 years and less are the ones who are leaving more than the others.
