The bean counters have no intention of giving this pilot group anything close to a industry leading contract. Also I heard from a very reliable source RAH is gathering data to overturn certain restrictions from the 1500 hour rule. The company has a team working with several aviation universities to obtain the data. Of course this will not help to save this company, but it's cheaper than a new CBA.
