I'm about to change to my 5th primary endorsee...all of the previous ones are now at Delta. I would imagine many of us are in similar situations. I say this so people trying to get hired here and reading this post should ask their FDX connections to consider making them their primary endorser...not sure if it really matters in the end though. One gripe I have though, this will most likely be the last person I make a primary, some of the others didn't even tell me they were hired elsewhere until well into their indoc or not even at all...people like to keep all the doors open I guess.
